The attendance of all guests and visitors of DORP and their use of any facilities or participation in any activity or event are entirely at their own risk. DORP and its management, staff and agents, do not accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of property or for any personal injury or death.

Quiet celebrations are most welcome but no loud music or parties.

Dorp is an adults-oriented hotel and, in keeping with the calm atmosphere of the property, we do not accommodate children under 14 years of age.

No smoking inside anywhere. We have lots of lovely tables in our garden, patios and balconies.

No intrusive photography in public spaces.

Please try to avoid using your phone in the Salon, and no speakerphone in public spaces.

Cancellation policy

Should a reservation be cancelled, amended, or in the event of a no-show within the applicable cancellation period below, 100% of the paid deposit will be forfeited.

13 January – 30 April and 1 May – 12 December:           

Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to the booked/planned arrival date will forfeit 100% of the paid deposit.

13 December – 20 December(Peak demand period):

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the booked/planned arrival date will forfeit 100% of the paid deposit.

21 December – 5 January(Festive peak period) :          

Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the booked/planned arrival date will forfeit 100% of the paid deposit.

6 January – 12 January:                                                                

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the booked/planned arrival date will forfeit 100% of the paid deposit.

Prepayment Policy:

A 50% deposit of the total booking value is required at the time of confirmation in order to secure all reservations.
